MCCI Corporation, in partnership with ST-NXP Wireless, demonstrated cable and numeric association, enumeration, file transfer, and database functionality on a Samsung mobile phone platform during an exhibition at the WiMedia Alliance's 20th Member Meeting in Seoul, Korea. MCCI also demonstrated WUSB composite device capabilities. The composite device demo, using MCCI's embedded WUSB stack running in simulation on a "device" PC, demonstrated MCCI's PMPSim MTP media player synchronizing with a "host" PC running Windows Media Player, while an operator simultaneously browsed the web with Internet Explorer on the host PC, using a TCP/IP connection provided by the device PC. The Internet connection used ENCM (Ethernet emulation) over WUSB, including MCCI's ENCM host side device driver. The MCCI Korea team also demonstrated the MCCI native Mass Storage Class (MSC) PAL on an Alereon evaluation board using a Host Wire Adapter (HWA) on the PC. MCCI would like to thank its demo partners and the WiMedia Alliance for a successful conference and exhibition
